We’ve been busy

This quick post and video covers the changes we have made and released on the 5th.

The changes we have made include:

• 1) We have updated the menu structure to make it easier to access key functions
  • • We have split the Time, Reports and Export/Import menu functions into their own lists.

• 2) We have added a new Admin Notes Report 
  • • You can now report on both Employee and Admin Notes for any Historical period, Employee, Department or Cost Centre.

• 3) We have added the ability to Report on Specific Pay Codes i.e Sick Leave in the Daily Totals report (includes reporting on historical pay periods)
  • • You can now report on any Paycodes that have been used for any Historical period, Employee, Department or Cost Centre.

• 4) We have improved the Real-Time Entries View so you can also see who Is Not Clocked In
  • • You can now see who is and who isn’t clocked In, in Real-time.

• 5) We have added a Daily Total Hours to the Review Times screen so that admins and employees can see the total of the hours recorded where employees clock in/out multiple times in a day.
  • • We have added a Daily Total Hours entered, to the Review Times screen so admins and employees can see a total of the hours clocked/entered in a day.

• 6) We have added new Costing Reports for clients who use multiple levels of Cost Centre i.e where you record Tasks in addition to Cost Centres etc.
  • • We have added Weekly Costing reports so that you can report on the Second and Third levels of cost centres if used.

• 7) We have updated the ability to Anchor an employees’ clocked start time to their expected Roster start time where you are using MyRoster.
  • • If you are using MyRoster the anchoring function is now based on the employees Rostered times so that they are not paid for time clocked before the start of a shift.

• 8) We have improved the ability for Employees to Notify or Message an admin when viewing their timesheets while logged in via their personal App or self-service portal. We have also added a Message Button to the employee View MyRoster screen in the personal App or self-service portal.
  • • We have made it easier for Employees to send Messages regarding their Timesheets and Rosters.

• 9) Finally we have added a second option for Printing Rosters in MyRoster
