We wanted to let you know about a temporary issue affecting new installations of the MyTimesheets iPhone app.

Following Steve Nathan’s recent illness and passing, we have been working through the process of transferring access to several business systems. One of those systems is our Apple Developer account, which controls the iPhone app published through the App Store.

As a result, new installations of the iPhone app are temporarily unavailable while we complete the setup of a new Apple Developer account.

Existing users are not affected

If you already have the MyTimesheets app installed on your iPhone, you can continue using it as normal. The app is also still available in the Google Play Store for Android devices.

New iPhone users

If you need to access MyTimesheets on an iPhone before the App Store version becomes available again, simply open Safari and visit:

https://mytimesheets.co/app

PLEASE NOTE: This has “/app” at the end of the url. This is very important. If you do not include the /app part of the url, the login screen will look the same – but you will not be able to enter times.

The web version provides the same functionality as the mobile app.

If you would like it to behave more like an app, you can also add it to your Home Screen:

  • Open https://mytimesheets.co/app in Safari.
  • Tap the Share button.
  • Select Add to Home Screen.
  • Tap Add.

Note: The ESS version can be accessed in the same way by visiting https://mytimesheets.co/ESS and carrying out the same intsructions

You can then launch MyTimesheets directly from your Home Screen just like the installed app.

We appreciate your patience while we complete this transition. We expect the App Store version to return once the new Apple Developer account has been established.
